Product information

Carboset 2968 is an APE-free self-crosslinking acrylic based copolymer, suitable as a topcoat and sealer for wood. Carboset 2968 gives coatings excellent chemical resistance (especially coffee), hardness, clarity and overall appearance. It has also a very good hot pan resistance.

Carboset 2968 is suitable for DIY clear and pigmented wood coatings, but also for professional/factory applied coatings. It can be used for the production of high-quality kitchen furniture and products that meet KCMA specifications and IKEA IOS-MAT 0066, IOS-MAT 0054 and IOS-PRG 0021.
