Solplus K500 is a 100% active polymeric dispersant that significantly improves pigment dispersion and stability.

Typical Applications:

  • Dispersion of inorganic pigments and fillers in plasticizers
  • Dispersion of pigments in 100% epoxy resins

Solplus K500 should be dissolved in the plasticizer or epoxy resin before adding pigments or fillers. For plasticizer and epoxy dispersions, the typical dosage level of Solplus K500 is 1 to 3% by weight of the pigment/filler being dispersed. It is recommended to conduct a ladder series around these dosages.

Shelf Life/Storage:
Solplus K500 is available in 20kg and 180kg drums.
