Solsperse 32000 is a 100% active polymeric dispersant designed to enhance pigment dispersion and stability in UV-cured coatings and digital inks. This versatile product offers significant improvements in pigment concentration, wetting, gloss, and rheology for various applications.

Typical Applications:

  • UV offset, screen, and flexographic inks
  • UV-cured and solvent-based digital inks

User Guidelines:

  • Dissolve Solsperse 32000 in the millbase monomer/oligomer before adding pigments
  • Dosage: 2mg active dispersant per square meter of pigment surface area (surface area divided by 5)
  • For digital inks: Consider 4-10mg active dispersant on weight of pigment (6mg dosage: surface area divided by 1.66)

Storage and Retest Date:
Packaging: 20kg and 150kg drums
Recommended Retest Date (RRD): 2 years
