Product information

Zetesol NL2-U is a 27% solution of the anionic surfactant Sodium Laureth Sulfate in water, it has an average of 2 mol ethoxylate. The surfactant is widely applicable and relatively cheap for cleaning products such as shampoo, shower, bath and hand soap.

Making formulas with this substance is relatively easy, because it has good fat-dissolving properties and is easy to thicken by adding salt, alkylolamides (PURTON) or ethoxylate thickeners (OXETAL).

Foam volume and structure can be improved by adding alkylolamides (PURTON), sulfosuccinates (SETACIN) and amphoteric surfactants (AMPHOTENSID).
