Product information

Emulsil 60 is an emulsion in water of Polidimethyilsiloxane (Silicone Oil) with a solid content of 60% and a silicone content of 55%.

APPLICATIONS

  • Cleaning : anti-static and anti-slip in the formulation of products for the home, cars, detergents and polishers
  • Rubber: Release agent for mold in rubber materials forming: vulcanization of tires, extrusion of pipes and technical articles (or bellows).
  • Paper: antistatic lubricant and lubricant for the printing of magazines in offset printing. It is used to eliminates electrostatic current that can occur during printing and improves the gloss of the paper.
  • Textile and leather: to improve the soft hand and silicone hand
