Product information
SCHWEGO® Foam 6360 is a silicone-free defoamer formulated for water-based and UV-curing coatings. It effectively prevents air entrapment, ensuring smooth and crater-free surfaces by eliminating air bubbles before the coating dries. This product is suitable for use with alkyd, polyester, epoxy, PU, and acrylate-based coatings.

User Guideline:
Incorporate SCHWEGO® Foam 6360 at the beginning of production, ideally before pigment grinding. Ensure homogeneous distribution if added later. Recommended dosage is 0.1 – 1.0% of the total formulation, with predilution using a formulation solvent advisable.
Storage/RRD:
Store above 0°C in a cool, well-ventilated area. Stir before use. Maintains stability for at least 2 years if the container is closed after use.
Packaging:
Available in 50 kg and 175 kg drums.
