Solplus D610 is a 100% active polymeric dispersant designed to enhance dispersion and stability. It is particularly effective in preventing color separation, setting, and improving self-leveling in various applications.
Typical Applications:
- Dispersion of organic pigments and silica sand in epoxy
- Dispersion of pigment in UPE Gel Coats
- Dispersion of pigment in Polyester Polyols
Usage Instructions:
Solplus D610 should be dissolved in the epoxy or polyester resin before adding pigments or fillers. Stir well before use. For both organic and inorganic pigment dispersions, the addition level should be based on the pigment’s surface area, typically 2mg of active dispersant per square meter of pigment surface area.
Recommended Retest Date (RRD)/Storage:
Solplus D610 is available in 20kg pails and 180kg drums. The recommended retest date is 2 years. For storage instructions, please refer to the MSDS.
