Solplus K240 is a highly effective, 100% active solid polymeric dispersant designed to improve the dispersion and stability of pigments in liquid organic media.

Typical Applications:

  • Liquid colorants

User Guideline:
The Solplus K240 should be dissolved in the solvent before adding pigments. The addition levels should be based on the surface area of the pigment or filler. Typically, the dosage level is 2mg of active dispersant per square meter of pigment surface area, calculated by dividing the surface area by 5.

Storage and Recommended Re-Test Date:
Solplus K240 is packed in 20kg mild steel open head pails and 150kg drums. The recommended re-test date (RRD) is 2 years. Refer to the MSDS for additional storage information.
