Product information

Solsperse 85000 is a 100% active polymeric dispersant designed for TiO2 and inorganic pigment dispersions in medium to high polarity solvents. It offers superior dispersion and stability across a wide range of applications.

Typical Applications:

  • UV flexographic, offset, screen, and digital inks
  • UV coatings, including wood coatings
  • EB cured inks and coatings
  • Pigment dispersions in medium-high polarity solvents
  • High solid, low or zero VOC systems

Solperse 85000 should be dissolved in the millbase monomer / oligomer before the addition of pigments. addition levels should be based on the surface area of the titanium dioxide / filler. Typically dosage/demand levels would be in the range of 1-3 % active dispersant on the weight of titanium dioxide / filler.
