Zetesap 900

Zetesap 900 is a pre-mix, completely based on natural raw materials, for the production of syndet blocks. In terms of detergent active substances, it is very comparable to Zetesap 813P, where the paraffin has been replaced by a vegetable wax.

The anionic surfactants can be used in both acidic and basic formulas without the ingredients precipitating. This makes it possible to opt for a “skin neutral” pH, for mildness. Lower pH is also great for hair products such as shampoos. Or a higher pH, for example, to soften beard hairs and achieve better shaving results. In all cases, the syndets still foam very well, even in hard water.

Because syndets form solid blocks, no (plastic) packaging is required to store them. This makes it possible to set up a “naked” or packaging-free product line. This fits very well into the growing “Zero Waste” lifestyle that more and more people are interested in.
