De All-Purpose hand crème is een Water/Olie emulsie, welke voelt als een hudrofiele crème. Het is geschikt als een gezichtscrème, maar ook voor handen en lichaam. Lanoline is toegepast als emollient, moisturizer en om ruwe huid te verminderen. Lanoline alcohol geeft de speciale structuur.
